Return & Refund Policy

 

All Sales Final

  • Due to the nature of our products — including personal care, skin care, hair care, and home care items — all sales are final.
  • For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to items that are unopened, unused, or in original packaging.
  • Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request at our sole discretion.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

 

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

 

We are not liable for:

  • Damage occurring during transit
  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as delivered

If your order arrives damaged, you must retain all packaging materials and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance by supplying shipment documentation if requested.

 

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient listings prior to purchase and use.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, irritation, or adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use, especially for individuals with sensitive skin, known allergies, or medical conditions.
  • By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that product selection and use is at your own risk.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that complies with this stated policy may be considered fraudulent activity.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor
    • Pursue recovery of funds and associated fees
    • Refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks

    Incorrect Orders

    • If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
    • At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement for items sent in error. No refunds will be issued.

     

    Refusal of Service

     

    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or decline future transactions at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or inappropriate conduct.
